TopAfric Music Video exclusive Time-Out with London Sensational Singer Songwriter, Adam Prince King.

astonishing and wonderful are few among words to describe this London Born Cypriot Vocalist, Singer, Songwriter, and Producer. His music precedes glamor and beauty. Born, Adam Karayiannis, Adam Prince King is on a pace of beautiful line of music that would go long way down the memory of his fellow London Natives and his roots.

His good music ability cannot be overrated as it is apparently seen in his newest released Music Video, Flamingos.

Here is what he has to say about the song,

The song is about a romantic one night stand – respectful of one another and enjoying the eroticism of that time we spend together, but without having to think about where the relationship will go. “sometimes love is too much to think about, so let’s just touch”

In a bid to have an in-debt knowledge about who this magniloquent Musical personality is, here is an exclusive interview with Adam Prince King by TopAfric Music Video.

Q: Can You please tell our readers your real name as well as your stage name?

A: My name is Adam Karayiannis and my stage name is Adam Prince King, I find it helps me to have a stage persona, then If something goes wrong it wasn’t my fault, it was Adam Prince Kings!

Q: How old are you?

A: However old you want me to be! I think there is a bit of an obsession with age in the industry if you like someone’s music their age shouldn’t play a part in.

Q: Where are you from and Where were you born?

A: I was born in London and have lived here all my life, apart from a few years away at uni in Guildford. I have Cypriot heritage.

Q: At What age did you start making music?

A: I started producing from around 15.

Q: What genre of music do you particularly love? Jazz? Hip-Hop? RnB?

A: I love making pop music but I listen to a lot of old singer-songwriters like Cat Stevens and Joni Mitchell. I love Ethio-jazz at the moment!

Q: Who is your favorite artist and why?

A: It’s a tough one! Joni Mitchell – she touches something deep in me that surpasses words – I love her. She gets a life, her lyrics are so wonderful and honest and her voice is completely mesmerizing.

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: I’m a bit of a workaholic so when I have downtime I like to write and produce but I love yoga, it keeps me sane!

Q: Tell us about the Track: Flamingos (who wrote it? Whats the meaning behind the song and the video?)

A: I wrote the track Flamingos and produced it and my very talented friend Grainne O’Neill helped me out with some of the verse lyrics – I’m good at writing the catchy bits but sometimes get bored with verses! The song is about a romantic one night stand – respectful of one another and enjoying the eroticism of that time we spend together, but without having to think about where the relationship will go. “sometimes love is too much to think about, so let’s just touch”

Q: Where do you get your musical inspiration?

A: Life, people on trains, words I like – and then I craft whole songs around that word – that’s how i wrote ‘Flamingos’.

Q: Do you write your own music?

A: yes, i have a degree in music production and though I can’t play an instrument, i do write everything myself at the moment, but I love the idea of collaborating with other producers and writers.

Q: If you were given a chance, which Artist would you love to perform with?

A: If he were still alive, David Bowie.

Feel free to tell our readers more about yourself and your music. Things like your goals in life, and what your current projects are?. And also let them know where they can get your music or where you will be performing soon or regularly……
