TI and Tee (pronounced TNT) are songwriters and producers located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Ti and Tee is a studio music group specializing in the R&B genre but has also produced work in both the Blues and Pop genres. All of their music is original.
Ti and Tee market their music as independent artists using digital media distributors such as CDBaby, Soundcloud, and similar distributors. Consequently, their music can be found on ITUNES, YOUTUBE, SPOTIFY AMAZON.COM and like outlets. In addition, the music of Ti and Tee can be heard regularly on JANGO INTERNET RADIO.
The Group started writing, producing, and performing their own music, as a hobby, over 10 years ago. The Group amassed a large repertoire of music which they decided to present to the public. Ti and Tee published two albums. A third album is in the process of being finalized and will be published in the near future. My roots and inspiration in music came from all sorts of Artists from the Beatles to The Gypsy Kings ( who are my favorite band). I studied piano and eventually Music Theory finishing my studies in Liverpool England under a private Tutor. I was born in Sicily, immigrated to Canada when I was a little boy and my parents settled first in Kitimat B.C. Then for a brief stint in Montreal. We finally ended up in Oshawa Ontario where I grew up. I now live in Stouffville Ontario.
3TOB is Tony Toni Toné Original Band! The group consists of Tony Toni Toné founding members, Elijah Baker, Antron Haile, and Carl Wheeler. Also on board are Jubu Smith, who joined 3T during the production of their second album The Revival, and Amar Khalil who took over as lead singer following Raphael Saadiq’s exit from the group in 1998. Of all these guys, Khalil had the longest run with the original group, staying 20 years.
In 2019, while working on the production of the award winning documentary, Loyalty No Royalty: The Breakup of Tony Toni Toné, the concept of 3TOB was born.
In the original group’s heyday, album covers and media coverage promoted them as a three-member band, when in fact, there were six members counting Elijah Baker, Antron Haile, and Carl Wheeler.
They were the “sound” of the band. Then Jubu Smith joined the group and added his unique and recognizable guitar riffs to that sound.

3TOB is on a mission to bring that sound back to their fans and the music world as a whole.
The making of music always came from the imagination of how the composer wanted it to sound.
These men are true musicians, using live instrumentation and old school music production expertise to bring back the soulful, quality sound that has been missing from modern music.
ACCOMPLISHED
Each 3TOB member has over thirty years of experience in the music industry.
Elijah Baker is a lifelong bass player, singer and songwriter who has made his mark as a renowned producer. He is also CEO of Ambitious Records, Inc.
Carl Wheeler is a keyboardist since childhood. He is a masterful producer, R&B songwriter, and musical director. In addition to other projects, Carl has been performing with Frankie Beverly and Maze for 20 years.
Antron Haile is an accomplished synthesist, producer, and songwriter. Over the years he has been a part of creative collaborative partnerships with numerous groups and solo artists.
Jubu Smith is an extraordinary guitar player, singer and songwriter. He is front man for his group, Legally Blynd and is well known for his guitar solo performances with Frankie Beverly and Maze.
Amar Khalil is a lead singer with an unforgettable, resonant tenor voice. As well as being an excellent songwriter & producer. Besides his current involvement with 3TOB, he has produced and released several solo projects for himself, his son, and other rising young artists. Amar is also an accomplished actor, writer & director with great vision.

Mark Rubin, a Detroit native hailing from the vibrant city of Southfield, has journeyed through life with a deep-rooted passion for music. Growing up in a neighborhood closely tied to the iconic Motown sound, Mark’s surroundings served as the backdrop to his musical upbringing. Immersed in a diverse culture that celebrated everything from house music and basketball to rap and R&B, Mark’s early years were infused with the rhythmic melodies and soulful harmonies that shaped his artistic identity. Even as a child, he was drawn to the stage, captivating audiences with his impressive vocal talents in musicals and performances. At the age of nine, Mark’s dedication to his craft led him to pursue classical training, honing his skills and expanding his vocal range. Although faced with the absence of his father, Mark found strength in his close-knit family unit, consisting of his twin brother Eddy, a gifted artist and drummer, and his devoted mother. As life progressed, Mark’s journey took unexpected turns. His mother remarried twice, resulting in a change of surname to Rubin, bestowing upon him the enduring name of Mark Rubin. Balancing the responsibilities of marriage and parenthood, Mark’s passion for music remained steadfast. Mark’s dedication to his craft shone through as he found solace and inspiration in leading worship at a messianic synagogue and participating in talent shows across Los Angeles. Simultaneously, he used his exceptional sales skills to support his growing family, selling cars and clothing. An opportunity of a lifetime presented itself when Mark joined a gospel group led by the renowned Billy Davis Jr. and Marilyn McCoo from the legendary Fifth Dimension. As the group’s tenor, Mark honed his artistry while touring with these musical icons. It was during this time that he forged a creative alliance with Grammy Award-winning Producer/Writer Jon-John Robinson, with whom he produced his debut CD. Collaborating with former college roommate Cornelio, Mark also released his second EP, showcasing his versatility as an artist. Despite the prospect of breaking into the European music scene as an R&B artist, Mark made the heartfelt decision to prioritize his role as a father, choosing to remain close to his young children rather than pursuing his dream abroad. In the following years, he built a thriving auto broker business while continuing to share his melodic talents by performing the National Anthem at professional sporting events across the nation. Now, in a pivotal moment, Mark has embraced his lifelong dream once again. With a wealth of life experiences, a successful business behind him, and a burning desire to create beautiful music, he sets his sights on a new chapter in his musical journey. Andon is a Jamaican pop musician and songwriter. The oldest of 5 children, he was born in Kingston, Jamaica and was raised by his father as a single parent. Andon’s talent for singing and music was discovered at the age of 9 by his grade school teacher. While practicing for a group performance, his teacher noticed his standout voice and turned the performance into a solo with the other students singing background. That experience gave Andon all the confidence and validation he needed to believe in his talent.
At the age of 18 he auditioned for the Sandals Hotel group as a performer and gigged steadily at various hotels on the tourism driven north coast of Jamaica. Performing for visitors to the island. He currently performs steadily at the Royalton, Negril hotel. Andon was a contestant on Jamaica’s locally produced and televised talent Show Digicel Rising Stars. He had been auditioning for the show for 4 years. Finally, in 2018 he made it onto the TV show officially and landed an overall 6th place finish out of hundreds of singers who had auditioned.
Andon’s main musical inspiration is Tori Kelly. The sincerity of her music and her determined approach to her craft and career had always been a source of inspiration. Tori’s music led Andon to become a songwriter, and to also learn how to play the guitar. Andon writes all his songs. His other musical inspirations are Troy Sivan, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, and Patti Labelle. All amazing artists in their own right.
Jay King is Best known as the leader & creator of the group of the R&B Band Club Nouveau (Lean On Me, Jealousy, Why You Treat Me So Bad, Situation #9). King started recording solo projects in 2009. He has released his 3rd solo project (Soulful Bossa Nova) a style of music he’s coined “cool R&B” which is a mixture of Jazz, Samba, Bossa Nova & R&B.
